About our VDI Static (DIN69880) E4 ER Collet Chuck Holders (for use with ER Collets):
We are proud to supply the Range of VDI Static (DIN69880) Collet Chuck Holders. These are supplied to high accuracy at competitive prices.
These holders are designed to clamp ER Collets in your machine.
Holders also feature through coolant. Coolant enters via a port on the back face of the holder and feeds through the bore. This way if your tool has through coolant (and you are using a sealed collet), it will only passes through your tool. This is excellent for both direct cooling, lubrication and chip removal.
