We are proud to supply the Range of BT/MAS403 equipment. These are supplied to G2.5 @ 20,000rpm accuracy at competitive prices.
Tests have shown, when using carbide tools our medium-high accuracy ER Collets and holders can increase tool life by up to 130%.
Short collet holders allow machining in tight spaces where the length of a standard ER collet holder makes machining a challenge.
The holders are also Form AD meaning that coolant can pass through the centre of the holder directly to the job being machined.
