We are proud to supply the Range of BT/MAS403 equipment. These are supplied to G2.5 @ 25,000rpm accuracy at competitive prices.
Tests have shown, when using carbide tools our high accuracy ER Collets and holders can increase tool life by up to 150%.
Slimline extended/Mini collet holders allow machining in tight spaces where the diameter of head or reach of a standard ER collet holder makes machining a challenge.
The holders are also Form AD/B meaning that coolant can pass through the centre of the holder directly to the job being machined (Form AD) or by adjusting the screw be converted to the coolant being supplied through the flange (Form B).
