About our BT/MAS403 ER Medium/High Accuracy Slimline/Mini Extended Collet Holders:
We are proud to supply the Range of BT/MAS403 equipment. These are supplied to G2.5 @ 20,000rpm accuracy at competitive prices.
Tests have shown, when using carbide tools our medium/high accuracy ER Collets and holders can increase tool life by up to 130%.
Slimline extended/Mini collet holders allow machining in tight spaces where the diameter of head or reach of a standard ER collet holder makes machining a challenge.
The holders are also Form AD meaning that coolant can pass through the centre of the holder directly to the job being machined.
| If you need coolant provided through the flange or are unsure which option is correct for your machine please look at our holders with Form AD/B. These can be switched between coolant through the flange or through the centre of the holder by adjusting the internal screw. |
