Made from M2 High Speed Steel.
Morse Taper Shank.

Application
Robust tools with the front portion only tapered (at approx 1:10) and the remainder parallel. Suitable for opening out existing badly-aligned holes, especially in structural work. Known also as rivet hole reamers or alignment reamers.
For machine reaming common materials e.g. steel, cast-iron, plastic etc.
Tolerance
D = ISO K11
| Note: Taper Bridge Reamers are ideal tools for heavy rivet, bolt hole and realignment work, but they need an equally heavy duty machine and usually plenty of space. Where either is not available (or you plan using a 13mm, 1/2" chuck) please look at our CAR REAMERS category as they might just do the job. |
