About our ER - Coolant Jet - Sealed Collets:
We are proud to supply the Range of ER equipment which includes our fantastic sealed ER collets with through coolant jets. These are supplied as standard to 10 micron accuracy for ER8-ER50, at competitive prices. The coolant jets that travel through to the front face of the collets, allow machines (with through coolant capability) to direct high pressure coolant directly to a cutting tool being used (that does not have thru-coolant holes). Slots in the sides of the cutter are filled with high grade rubber, enabling the collet to both grip the tool and ensure the coolant only goes to through the jet holes.
