About our ER High Accuracy (Sealed) Collets:
We are proud to supply the Range of ER equipment which includes probably the best ER collets. These are supplied as standard to 5 micron accuracy for ER11-ER40, at competitive prices.
Tests have shown, when using carbide tools our high accuracy ER Collets can increase tool life by up to 150%.
Increased rigidity and clamping forces, improved grip, higher precision and system concentricity, enhanced resistance to corrosion for these ER collets due to super-finished execution.
